| Description |
Incoming Faxes are processed well, while the conversion from sff to tiff-Files leaves the .tif-files under /fax-nnn.tif! The next step of the script, the conversion from tif > ps > pdf cannot take place, because the .tif-files connot been found (if i am right). sff and tif-files are in good conditions and readable well. The incoming Mail states: "ERROR occured while converting file: Can't convert sff to tif. sfftobmp not installed? Please talk to your friendly administrator." Again: it's not the conversion. It's the place where the tif-files are (i think) |

Fedora Core 2 on an i386 python-2.3.3-6 sfftobmp-3.0-2.rhfc2.at self-compiled capisuite-0.4.4.tar.gz Sorry for the admin with small experience in debugging scripts by himself, less experience with bug trackers and user with poor programming knowledge :-) loving the penguin ;^) Read a lot, found no solution and cannot help himself :-( |

After Using Version 0.4.5 our Problem disappeared :-)) Please close this bug (if you want to). Only the conversion-command-parameters from tiff2ps had to be adjusted. Thanx-a-lot for your real good program. We find it very useful (even with a little bug ;-)) Best regards! Marcel Naranjo |
