0000107: sfftobmp -t doesn´t work

Description

suse 9.1:
the convertation sfftobmb -b bla.sff bla.bmp works fine.
sfftobmb -t bla.sff bla.tiff doesn´t work. Gimp openes it with failures:
/var/spool/capisuite/users/weber/received/fax.tiff: Premature EOL at scanline 10 (got 9, expected 1728)
/var/spool/capisuite/users/weber/received/fax.tiff: Premature EOL at scanline 11 (got 9, expected 1728)

/var/spool/capisuite/users/weber/received/fax.tiff: Bad code word at scanline 12 (x 9)

the following tiff2ps and ps2pdf loose of course too.

sfftobmp 2.2.168 and 2.2.94 doesn´t work.
What can I do?

I didn´t find a 3.x version in thw www

(0000222) gernot 2004-12-17 18:35	This is definitely no CapiSuite bug. So please ask such kinds of questions on the mailing list when possible. Nevertheless, there's an update from SUSE available for libtiff which resolves this problem if I remember correctly. Please install all current online updates.
