| Description | I setup a CAPIsuite FaxReciever. Faxes send through Faxmachínes getting received without any problems. But as soon as I receive a fax that was send via FritzFax Capisuite sends an email with an empty pdf-attachment. | ||||||||
| Additional Information | I tried it on two different machines running CAPIsuite and send them faxes from different clients. The clients use a CAPI that is provided by the mtgNet-Capriserver. | ||||||||

What CapiSuite version do you use? Are the faxes you're sending with Fritz!FAX color faxes? Are you sure that the Fritz!FAX installation and the machine sending these faxes work correctly? I.e. did you try to send faxes with FritzFAX to another fax machine? |
